Question of the Day

The "Question of the Day" comes from our Centers. When they ask questions we listen, and sometimes we answer. Actually, we answer a good bit. Please see our Stories page for proof of this.

We thought we would share some of the more common questions that are asked so you can see that they are not too far removed from what you may be thinking yourself. We only show one question per day so you'll need to stop by every day to see them all.

We get an error that the card does not match a consumer and to try scaning again. What is wrong?

What we find causes this the most is someone has accidently pressed a key on the keyboard before swiping their card. Usually the second swipe works unless there is a key stuck in the pressed position. Every once in a while a card just becomes bad and we suggest you throw it away and issue a new card.
